James Donaldson

James Kenneth Donaldson, 81, of Bartlett, formerly of Schaumburg, passed away Thursday, June 26, 2025. A Navy Veteran, Jim enjoyed golfing, playing poker, and travelling, as well as making furniture and stained glass. Beloved husband of Sally L. (nee Christiansen); loving father of Christian (Amy) Donaldson, Ryan Donaldson, and Andrew (Angela) Donaldson; proud grandfather of Caitlin (Chris) Limburg, and Jake, Olivia, Presley, Everly, and Harley Donaldson; dear brother of Jane (the late David) Luety, the late Judith (the late Bill) Houle, and the late John (the late Ann) Donaldson; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Cremation private at Countryside Crematory. A celebration of Jim's life will take place Wednesday, August 27 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm with a service at 2:00pm at Bartlett Hills Golf Club 800 W. Oneida Ave., Bartlett, IL. Inurnment with military honors on Thursday, August 28 at 11:30am at Eastlawn Cemetery 2200 Milwaukee Rd., Beloit, WI.
