Jacquelyn “Jackie” D. Planz, 55, of Chicago, died suddenly on Sunday, April 27, 2014. Born April 18, 1959 in Chickasha, OK. Jackie loved being with her family and friends, she will be missed by many. Beloved mom of Martha “Marci” Zinda, Zachary and Joshua Kurley, Rachel (Ira) Dove and P.J. Lockyer; loving nana of Giselle, Benjamin, Emily, Evan and Kloie; cherished daughter of William Sr and Patsy (nee Charlson); dear sister of William Jr (Cathy), Martin, Patti (James) O’Grady, Tina (Allen) Dunn and Wendi; and several nieces and nephews.
