Jack Tessier, 88 of Lisle, IL, passed away peacefully on Wednesday October 28th, 2015. He was born April 14, 1927 in Spruce WI to Charlie and Clara (Echnter) Tessier.
  
  Jack is the beloved husband of the late Bette nee Hanstedt; loving father of Greg (Jean), Gussie, Elisa (Drew Glassford), the late Curtis and son-in-law Anthony Lullo; adored grandfather of 8.
  
  Jack, affectionately known as “Tater”, was a US Army WW II Veteran who served in the European Theater. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and his Masters Degree from Temple University. He retired after more than 30 years as a Nuclear Physicist from Argonne National Laboratory. Jack was a part-owner of the Green Bay Packers and an inquisitive life-long learner. He was a Life Scout with the Boy Scouts of America and a loving and involved father and grandfather.
  
  The family wishes to thank the Assisi Health Care Center staff of Clare Oaks in Bartlett, IL for their compassionate care. A prayer service will be held from 11am to noon at Clare Oaks, 827 Carillon Drive, Bartlett, IL on Friday, November 6th, 2015.
  
  Memorial Service will be held at 2:30pm Saturday, November 14, 2015 at the Jones Funeral Home, 107 South Franklin Street, Oconto Falls, WI. Interment following at Wanderer’s Rest Cemetery, Elm Street and Pulcifer Avenue, Gillett, WI.
