Jack Ludvigsen of Hanover Park; born 12/5/1947 in Norway; died 8/10/2010 in Hoffman Estates; beloved husband of Sandra nee Salpas; loving father of John, Michele, Erik and Kristin (Christopher) Ferris; caring grandfather of Tammy, Brianna and Christopher; dear brother of Froydis (Albert) Garza, Egon (Barbara), Rita McIntyre and Steve. Jack was a member of Carpenters Local 839. Visitation Friday 3:00 PM until the time of services 8:00 PM at the Countryside Funeral Home 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Following services, cremation private at the countryside Crematory.
