Jack Kohlmetz

Jack Kohlmetz, of Carol Stream, formerly of Chicago; husband of the late Barbara, nee Jamrock; father of Philip M.(Amy), Daniel W. (Kathleen) and Dale F. (Brittany); grandfather of Kyle O'r.; brother of Hazel (late Arthur) Lieske, Sharon (late Thomas) Strohschein, Patricia (Bill) Short, late Edward (Ruth) and the late Terry (late Claude); son of the late Budd and late Helen, nee Means; uncle of many nieces and nephews. Jack was a longtime Boy Scout leader in the Carol Stream area and also very involved with the Lutheran Church of the Master, also in Carol Stream. Visitation Friday 3:00 - 9:00 pm at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 333 S. Roselle Rd. (1/2 mile South of Irving Park Rd.) Roselle. Funeral Saturday lying in state 9:00 am until time of service 10:00 am at Lutheran Church of the Master 580 N. Kuhn Rd. Carol Stream, Il. Interment Danforth Cemetery.
