Jack Grzelak

Jack Peter Grzelak, 73, of Bartlett, IL passed away on September 1, 2023. Jack was the beloved husband to the late Kathy; loving father to Jacklyn Grzelak-Boehne, Laura Stace (Chuck), Julie Griffin (Eric), and Jamie Dunn (Rob); cherished grandpa to Kyle, Charlie, Kyli, Max, Emily and Logan; fond brother of Dolly Steed (Jim) and dear uncle, cousin and friend to many. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Helen Grzelak and siblings Louis and Mary Grzelak.

A visitation will be held on Friday, September 8, 2023 from 4-8 pm at Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 S. Bartlett Rd. Bartlett, IL 60103. Prayers will be on Saturday at 9:15am at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory followed by a Mass at St. Peter Damian Church, 131 S Crest Ave, Bartlett, IL 60103 at 10:00am.
