Jack was the beloved husband of Marilyn D. for 49 years; loving father of Chuck (Gladys) Cushman and Christine Cushman; dear stepfather of David (Winnie) Doxsie, Donald (Gale) Doxsie, Richard (Katie) Doxsie and Diane (Matt) Nawrocki; proud grandfather of 14; cherished great grandfather of 11.
Jack was an Army veteran. He had worked for Nestle Corporation for 30 years and enjoyed working with tools. Jack was known as a very considerate guy.
A memorial service will be held for Jack at a later date.
