Iris Mccormick

Iris “Nadine” McCormick (nee Allen), 83, of St. Charles. Heaven gained another beautiful angel on Sunday, May 22, at her passing in her home. Nadine was born in Lamar, AR and was preceded in death by her husband Harding. She is survived by a son Phil (Rebecca) of Chattanooga, TN and daughter Tammy (Mark) Ross of St. Charles; grandchildren Brad McCormick and Cara Brown of Tennessee and Kaylie Ross of St. Charles. Nadine was also blessed with two great grandchildren Mack and Paul Brown.

Always a kind word and soft spoken, Nadine’s thoughts were centered around the south and loved visiting her hometown in Bernie, MO. She prided herself in her work for many years at Burgess Norton Manufacturing and later at Walmart Corp until her retirement at age 80. She enjoyed meeting her friends at the local coffee shop and walking in her favorite park.

Please join her family for a memorial service Saturday May 28, 2:00p.m. at West Chicago Church of Christ 350 E. James Avenue, West Chicago where she was loyal member.
