Visitation Monday May 14, 2012 from 3p.m. to 9:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 95 South Gilbert St. (at Middle St.) South Elgin. Funeral Tuesday 11:00a.m. Interment Lakewood Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Heart Association at www.donate.americanheart.org would be appreciated.
