Visitation for Irene Sophia Das (nee Stanislawski), of Schaumburg for 32 years, will be Friday July 26, 3:00p.m. - 9:00p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 S. Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Road) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Saturday 9:15a.m. to St. Marcelline Church Mass 10:00a.m. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery.
Born May 11, 1924 Irene died at home surrounded by her family on July 11, 2013. She earned her GED at the age of 53.
Irene was the beloved wife of the late Anthony for 69 years. Loving mother of Rosanne (Thomas) Masterson, Mark (Susan), Michaelene Greene, Lisa (Mark) Krupa, and the late Christopher. Proud grandmother of 12 and great grandmother of 11. Cherished sister of the late Harry, Violet, Lucy, Albert, Myron, Joe and Berdie.
