Ildefonso Peña

Ildefonso S. Peña, 83, of Bartlett since 1995, passed away on February 11, 2024. Born January 23, 1941 in the Philippines. Ildefonso loved watching movies with his wife, his faith and spending as much time as possible with his family. Beloved husband of 53 years to the late Ester; loving dad of Joseph (Brenda) Peña, Gail (Christina) Peña, Larissa (Francis) Guiao and Veronica Peña; cherished grandpa of Brittney, Andrew, Trinity, Catalina and Mireya; dear son of the late Leon and Olympia; kind brother of the late Leon Jr., the late Felixberto, the late Priscila, the late Francisco, the late Jose, the late Jun and Marie Paz; fond uncle to many nieces and nephews. Visitation 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a rosary to be said at 6:00 pm Friday, February 23, 2024 at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett.  Funeral Saturday, February 24th, beginning with 9:45 am prayers at the funeral home and processing to Resurrection Catholic Church, 30W350 Army Trail Rd, Wayne, IL 60184.  Mass 10:30 am.  Following services cremation will be private at Countryside Crematory.
