Howard was born January 6, 1952, to Harry & Alberta Jones in Chicago at Loretto Hospital.
Being 1 of 4 children the Eldest Brother Charles or Chuck Jones wife Sue Jones, older sister Donna Evans, husband Dean Evans

Howie married his high school sweetheart, Catherine Mary Jones October 31, 1971

Their first son Howard Allen Jones Jr arrived June 19, 1972 followed by his brother Kenneth Harry Jones June 5, 1975

Howie Jr. married Karen O'Brien in 2003 and blessed Howie & Katie with 3 grandchildren Stephan Jones, Howard Jones the 3rd and Gavin Jones

He loved spending time with his children and then his grandchildren, playing paintball, riding mini bikes, and taking family vacations in Missouri, Hawaii and Florida.

He worked at Jewel Foods in the early 70’s where he was a produce manager.

Then he joined his brother in-law's Dean Evans asphalt paving company where he became construction superintendent. Through his dedication and hard work Dean promoted him to Vice President, he continued there till May 2020 when he retired after being diagnosed with cancer.

He was baptised as a faithful servant of Jehovah December 5 2009.
His love for sharing bible truths with others led him to semi-retire devoting more time to his ministry about 6 years before he fully retired.

He was appointed a MS and then an Elder allowing him the privilege of serving the congregation and Jehovah till he fell asleep in death March 20,2021. Katie and Howie were partners for 49 years in marriage.
They were together serving Jehovah side by side for a brief 12 years, not long enough.
And they have the hope to serve Jehovah for eternity together side by side.

Memorial service to celebrate Howie Jones's life will be held Sunday, April 4, 2021 with a service starting at 1:00 p.m. central standard time. There will be a video slideshow starting at 12:30 p.m. via Zoom. Meeting ID: 636 529 1954 - Passcode: 361917
