Hermie J. Marvel

Hermie J. Marvel, 77, a lifetime resident of Elgin, passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2025. Born June 18, 1948. Hermie enjoyed dancing, singing, cooking but her biggest passion was always her family. Beloved mom of Yvette and Christopher (Ashley) Marvel; loving daughter of the late Eary Sr and Lufelia Isibue cherished sister of Annie, Eary Jr and the late Chuck, Florida, Flossie and Betty; the late love of her life Michael Marvel and caring aunt to many. Cremation is private at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, South Elgin. Celebration of life to be held at a later date.
