Herbert Kalischefski, of Addison for the past 51 years, husband of Dorle; father of Christian (Candy) and Andreas (Joanne); grandfather of Kaitlyn, Grace and the late Taylor; brother of Margarethe (Herbert) Hoffmann, Monika (late Arndt) Metterhausen and the late Rudolf; uncle of several nieces and nephews; father in law of the late Melissa; brother in law of Wanda. Visitation Monday, February 27th, 4:00 pm until time of memorial service 7:00 pm at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Red Cross would be appreciated.
