Visitation for Herbert Frank Guth of Itasca, formerly of Little Green Lake, WI and Chicago will be held Sunday, January 9, 2022 1:00p.m. until time of service 4:30p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 333 S. Roselle Rd. (1/2 mile south of Irving Park Rd.) Roselle. Following services, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
Herbert is the beloved husband of the late Josephine nee Puzan; loving father of Steve (the late Karen) Guth and Judy (Rich) Semro; cherished grandfather of Jacqueline and David Guth, Eric and Alexandra Semro; proud great grandfather of Braden; dear brother of Helen McNeal and the late John, Louie, Eleanor and Margaret; uncle of many loving nieces and nephews.
