Henry "Hank" Czyzewski, 73, of West Chicago, passed away suddenly Saturday, December 25, 2021. A Viet Nam Veteran, Hank was an avid Green Bay Packers fan who retired after 38 years from the United States Post Office, then drove a bus for 12 years, and was known for his hearty laugh. Beloved husband for 49 years to Elma Lou (nee Baisden); devoted son of the late Henry P. and the late Lucille (nee Wojcik); dear brother of Gregory (Diane), John (Rose), Carol (the late Hershall) Morgan, Pat (the late Don) Uncamper, the late Theresa (the late Phillip) DeCampe, and the late Suzanne Czyzewski; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews, especially Nicole Tennant whom he helped raise from youth; cherished son in law of the late Joe and the late Beatrice (nee Hannah) Baisden; loving brother in law of Tildia (Arthur) May, Thelma (the late Donald) Tennant, Carles (the late Rosa) Baisden, Curtiss (Henny) Baisden, Kennith (the late Donnetta) Baisden, Eliza (Gid) Vance, Joann (Terry) Glidewell, Edna (the late Wesley) Biggerstaff, and Gail (Harry) Runyon; proud master of Roxi, Katie, Link, Dink, and Mesa. Visitation Friday, December 31 from 9:30am until time of prayers 11:45am at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.), Bartlett, to Resurrection Church.
