Visitation for Helen Schneider nee Kocanda of Hanover Park since 1954 will be held Tuesday 9:00a.m. until time of prayers 10:45a.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg to St. John the Evangelist Church. Mass 11:30a.m. Interment Mt. Hope.

She worked for 7 years in the village clerk's office for Village of Hanover Park. She and her husband Roy were owners of the Country Grill on Lake St. in Hanover Park. Her late husband was the 1st Magistrate of Hanover Park.
She is the beloved wife of the late Roy Henry; loving mother of Kathy (Mickey) Payne of Crystal Lake and Patti Schneider of Rockford; dear sister of Hank Kocanda of Mesa, AZ, Bee Engelking of Streamwood and the late Janet Worst, Irene Lamza and Eugene Kocanda; fond aunt of many loving nieces and nephews.
