Helen Jones

Helen Lo'ree Crandall Jones; age 77; died August 24, 2013 in her home in Bartlett, Il. Born June 10, 1936 in San Francisco, CA. She was the daughter of Thomas and Loretta Crandall. Helen was raised by her grandmother in the DePaul area of Chicago, where she met and married her husband Charles. Helen raised her family in the Albany Park area of Chicago, where she worked for the Chicago Board of Education for 40+ years in various neighborhood grade schools as a Teacher's Assistant before moving to Bartlett in 1993. Survivors include her husband of 55+ years, Charles; children Charles, Kathleen and Mildred; grandchildren Stephanie, Heather, Melyssa, Daniel, Samantha and Joseph; great grandchildren Brayden and Angelina. Memorial Visitation Friday August 30, 2013 from 3:00P.M. until time of service at 8:00P.M. at Countryside Funeral Homes and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Road (corner of Bartlett & Stearns Road) Bartlett, Il. 60103.
