Helen L. Caldwell(nee Schneiter), 92, of Elgin formerly of Louisville, KY, passed away Friday January 9. Helen was a retired schoolteacher who truly loved teaching children. Beloved wife of the late Lee Caldwell, PhD; loving mother of Sara(Mike) Thran; dear sister of the late William(the late Helen) and the late Rev. John(the late Ilena) Schneiter. Memorial service Saturday January 17 4:00pm at Cornerstone United Methodist Church 41W170 Russell Rd., Elgin, IL. Cremation private at Countryside Crematory.
