Visitation for Harold W. Peterson of Montgomery since 1988 will be held Friday June 28, 2013 4:00p.m. until time of service 7:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Following service, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
Born August 12, 1920 in Chicago, Harold died Saturday June 22, 2013.
A WWII Veteran, he was a member of 384 Bomb Group Army Air Corp.
Harold is the beloved husband of 68 years of the late Virginia nee Bieschke; loving father of Patricia (Furman) O'Neill of Carpentersville and Bruce (Angie) of Schaumburg; cherished grandfather of Erin (Alex) Holzer, Dana (Brad) Minier, Brian and Laura; proud great grandfather of Myles, Liam, Mason, Hailey and Hollis; dear brother of the late Dorothy Hansen; many loving nieces and nephews.
