Gwendolyn A. Wooley

Gwendolyn A. Wooley (née Reed), born on October 5, 1932, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on November 5, 2025, in Bartlett, Illinois.

Gwen was a devoted mother to Barry (Susie), Sandy (Scott Ivans) and Larry (Laurie Sexton). She was a cherished grandmother to Trevor and Griffin (Molly) Wooley and Jordan Ivans. She also held a special place in the hearts of her many nieces and nephews as a beloved aunt.

She was preceded in death by her husband Richard, two brothers-in-law, and three sisters-in-law.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date to honor Gwen’s memory. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to The Bluefield Project to Cure Frontotemporal Dementia.

May her memory bring comfort and peace to all who knew and loved her.
