Guadalupe Bazan

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Guadalupe Bazan. After courageously battling cancer for years, Guadalupe died peacefully on Wednesday August 11, 2021.
He is survived by his cherished wife, Hortensia Bazan and their four children; Lupe (Orlando), Jacqueline, Roger (Evelyn), and Michael. He will be greatly missed by his twelve grandchildren, Cristian Reyes, Alexis Bazan, Joseph Jimenez, Jonathan Jimenez, Julian Jimenez, Erik Reyes, Jacob Serrano, Anthony Serrano Jr., Adrian Reyes, Emmanilyn Rios, Elias Bazan, Mason Bazan and a soon to be great- grandchild Janea Jimenez.
Throughout his life Guadalupe was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who was successful in life. He was passionate about Music, Drag Racing (Great Lakes Dragway) and his grandkids.

Family and friends will be received at Countryside Funeral Home 950 S Bartlett Rd, Bartlett, IL 60103 on Tuesday August 17, between 3PM – 9PM, and a Eulogy service Wednesday August 18, 11:30AM at the Countryside Funeral Home Bartlett with burial to follow in Mt. Emblem cemetery, Elmhurst, IL.
