Gregory Rogers

Gregory D. Rogers, 70 of Hanover Park since 1977.; devoted husband for 49 years of Kathy; cherished dad of Michael G. (Melissa M.), Brian T. (Susan) and Lisa M. (Joshua) Escobedo; adored grandpa (aka the Tickle Monster) of Sophie M., Anthony M., Alexander J., Olivia G., Aria R. and Sebastian M.  and dear brother of Jackie anley and the late Victoria.  Greg was a valued electronics technician for 30 years with Motorola.  He enjoyed the outdoors.  He was comfortable sitting in a tree, waiting for deer to walk into his area.  He could sit up there for hours.  In the spring and summer he also enjoyed fishing with his wife, Kathy.  He was a proud American and was very patriotic.  He valued the time with family, especially making the grandchildren laugh.  Gregs's funeral wishes were the same way he lived his life, keep everything as simple and private as possible.
