Beloved wife of Juan Jose Diaz, loving mother of Delores (the late Anthony) Rosario, Maria Diaz, Gloria Ann (Trinidad) Guerrero, John Joseph Diaz, Jr., Billy Jack (fiancée Tiffany Hernandez) Diaz and Roxanne Rose Diaz; cherished grandmother of Lisa, Ashley, Kaytlyn, Angelica, Miranda, Destiny, James, JT, Eddie, Billy, Jaylynn, Jasmine, JC, Xavier and JJ; great-grandmother of Ignacio Anthony and Riley; dear sister of Amy (John) Delao, Suzie (Santos) Bautista, Linda (Cruz) Medina, Sylvia Morales (Scott Cowsert), Pedro (Angel) Morales, Pablo Morales and Alejandro (Tracy) Morales and her faithful buddy Elvis. Visitation Friday 3:00-9:00 PM at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Saturday 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment Lakewood Memorial Park.
