Gina Benfield

Gina Marie Benfield, 47, of Elgin died July 30, 2024. Gina was the beloved mother of Hunter Benfield, 16 and Steven Benfield III, 13; cherished daughter of Rosemary and the late Sterie Todorov; loving sister of Ken (Danielle), Steve and Tim Todorov; dear aunt of Steven Todorov, Jr., Ashley Todorov and Ryan Todorov; fond great aunt of Tyler.

Gina loved spending time with her boys. She also loved outdoor activities with her kids and family. She enjoyed doing crafts.

Visitation Monday August 5, 3:00pm - 9:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Road (at Stearns Road) Bartlett. A funeral service will be held at 7:00pm. Following services cremation will be private at Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers donations to the family's GoFundMe page Support Gina's Funeral and Her Boys would be appreciated.
