Gilbert Peter Carsello, of Hanover Park, husband of Geraldine "Geri", nee DiSalvo; father of James, Cathy Rossi and Vic (Shannon); grandfather of Katie (Scott) Fiedler, Maddie Carsello, Sam and Ben Rossi, Matt, Megan and Madison Carsello. Brother of David (Amy), Suzanne (Donald) Smith and Marianne Carsello Dillard; uncle of many nieces and nephews. Mr. Carsello proudly served his country in the United States Air Force while stationed in Okinawa, Japan. He was a valued employee at Zenith Electronics for over 30 years as a production engineer. Visitation Tuesday, June 7th, 9:00 am until time of service 11:00 am at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 South Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood.
