Geraldine “Gerry” May (nee Nape) of Glendale Heights passed away peacefully on March 24, 2016 surrounded by family; wife of 50 years to William E. May; loving mother of Kimberly A. (Bill Manton) May-Manton; cherished grandmother of Brian Bourdeau; Jessica L. (Jason) LoBue, Jeffrey W. (fiancée Jodi Arnesen) Manton, Amanda N. Manton, Courtney E. Manton; proud great grandmother of Zachary D. and Zoe Brielle LoBue; dear sister of Joanne Nellis; fond mother in law to Pamela Bourdeau.

Gerry was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Gertrude J. Nape, her in-laws Virginia Maxine Oliver, Edwin F. and Betty May and one grandson Charles James Manton.

Visitation Saturday, April 2nd 8:00 a.m. until the time of prayers 9:15 a.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett to St. John the Evangelist Church, Mass 10:00 a.m. Following mass cremation will be at the Countryside Crematory.
