Visitation for Gerald "Jerry" S. Allen will be held Monday August 22, 2011 3:00 - 8:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home 95 S. Gilbert St. (at Middle St.) South Elgin. Tuesday lying in state 10:00a.m. until time of service 11:00a.m. at Elgin Bible Church 1580 Chicago St. Elgin, IL 60120. Interment Bluff City.
Born June 12, 1963 in Oak Park, Jerry died Saturday August 20, 2011.
Recently celebrated 30 years of employment at Siemens Medical. Longtime member at Elgin Bible Church.
Jerry is the beloved husband of Tina nee Cimoch; loving father of Melissa (Chad) Parker, Jacob, Joshua, Kaitlyn and Zachary Allen; proud grandfather of Abby and Lexi Parker; cherished son of Denzil and Susie Allen; dear brother of Gary (Yolanda), Gregory, Barry and the late Jeffrey Allen; loving uncle and cousin to many.
