George Alan Wilkens, 74, of Hanover Park, passed away Thursday, July 12. George was a pipefitter with Local 597 who enjoyed bowling, baseball, basketball, western movies, hard candy, and especially his grandchildren. Beloved husband of Diane(nee Clucas); loving father of Lori(Christopher) Ross, Janice(Randy) Kotwica, and the late Michelle; proud grandfather of Joshua and Kayla Ross and Carter and Tyler Kotwica; dear brother of the late Dennis and the late Barbara. Visitation Wednesday, July 18 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 333 S. Roselle Rd.(1/2 mile south of Irving Park Rd.), Roselle.
