George Perez of Bartlett for 21 years; beloved husband of 42 years to Rosalie nee Vargas; loving father of Michelle (Lou) Kaufman and Marci (Ken) Giambalvo; loving grandfather and caregiver to Mikey, Jake, Maddey, Max, Maddox and Katelyn; dear brother of Esther (the late Henry) Rodriguez, Julia Vasquez, Richard (Mame) Estrada, Tony Perez, The late Frank, Mario, Mike, Jenny, Lydia, Peter, Nick, Margie, Connie and Victor; many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
An avid White Sox fan, he enjoyed bowling, softball and was a great "pal" and compadre to many.
Visitation Wednesday 3:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Funeral Service Thursday 8:45 a.m. to St. Peter Damian Church.
