George J. Lowitzki, 77, of Elgin, died Wednesday, March 17, 2021. Born January 6, 1944 in Chicago. Beloved husband of the late Linda (nee DeMarco); loving father of Dawn (Javier) Trejo and Melanie (Andrew Sr) Gramit; cherished grandpa of Sandy Maycock and Andrew (fiancé Amber Sams) Gramit Jr; dear great grandpa of Eden and Carter; caring son of the late George and Julia (nee Bednarz); kind brother of Patricia (Stanley) Spychalski, Kenneth and the late Dennis and uncle to many nieces and nephews. Memorial visitation 2:00p.m. to 4:00p.m. Saturday, March 27, 2021 at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 95 S Gilbert St (at State St), South Elgin. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory.
