Visitation for Frederick E. Smalarz of Streamwood for 47 years will be held Saturday, April 6, 2019 12noon until time of service 2:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory.
Frederick is the beloved husband of 49 years 2-1/2 months of Lorna nee Coyne; loving father of Jennifer Smalarz and Catherine (Mark) Pape; cherished grandfather of Ava; dear brother of Patricia (Dennis) Walsh; fond uncle of Jeffrey W. and Christopher M. Walsh; great uncle of Jenna. (630) 289-8054.
