Frederick M. "Mike" Scott, 46, of South Elgin died Sunday, November 2. He loved music and the guitar, camping, fishing, cooking, and eating. Even in his illness he was self-sufficient. Beloved father of Nikki(Aaron) Neal; loving grandfather of Camara, Charlianne, and Camden; dear son of Francina(nee Swain) and the late Frederick H. Scott; fond brother of Eric(Tracey) Scott, Justin Gardner, and Lavetta Scott. Visitation Saturday November 8 from 10:00am until time of service at 12 noon at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 95 S. Gilbert St.(at State St.), South Elgin, IL.
