Frederick Peters

Frederick D. Peters, 80, of Hanover Park. Beloved husband of 53 years to Judith (nee Holdway); loving father of Timothy (Dawn Wells), Bruce and Craig (Melissa); cherished grandpa of Dana, Andy, Bruce Jr, Lindsay and Ashley; dear son of the late Frederick O. and Josephine (nee Urban) and brother of the late Richard; kind brother-in-law of Elaine. Frederick was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was an honorary member of the Cavaliers Drum and Bugel Corps. He will be missed. Memorial visitation 6:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. with a memorial service at 7:00p.m. Friday, May 4, 2018 at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 S Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Cavaliers, www.cavaliers.org, would be appreciated.
