Frank A. Olsen, 71, of Streamwood since 1970 died March 15, 2018. Frank was the beloved father of Arnie (Sherry) Olsen; loving brother of Robert (Linda) and the late Jack Olsen; proud uncle of Ken and Michelle. He will be missed by his dog Goofy.
Frank began working as a mechanic at 16, through his time in the Army and until retirement. He coached little league and actively participated in Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts with Arnie. Frank enjoyed classic car shows, model rail roads, landscaping, and keeping track of wildlife in his back yard.
Visitation Thursday, March 22, 2:00p.m. - 9:00p.m. at Countryside Funeral Homes and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Road) Streamwood/Schaumburg, with a service at 7:00p.m. Following services cremation will be private at Countryside Crematory.
