Frank Miciunas

With a heavy heart, we announce the death of Frank Anthony Miciunas of West Chicago, Illinois, born in Chicago Illinois. He passed, surrounded by family, to join his beloved wife, Eleanor, on October 25, 2025 at the age of 93. He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Veronica Miciunas; his brothers, Johnny, Fr. Tony, and Al, and his sisters Emily and Sue. He is survived by: his children Perry (Janet), Darlene Donahoe (Kevin), and Donna Hernandez (Guy), his grandchildren, Andrea, Corey (Elizabeth), Kelly (Scott), Kaitlin (Tegh), Ryan, Brandi (Robert), Collin (Cora), Cassandra (Christopher) his great-grandchildren, Liam, Travis, Haley, Robert, Theodore, Charles and Sundara and his devoted caregiver, Karen. Frank retired from Sears, Roebuck and Co. and was a member of Wayne Township Seniors joining in various activities, but especially enjoyed their casino trips. He was a collector of baseball cards, coins, collectible cars and Beanie Babies. He enjoyed fishing, playing cards, taking special care of his lawn and was a life-long Cubs fan. Visitation Sunday November 2, 2025 at Countryside Funeral Homes and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd.
