Frank Kowalski

Frank D. Kowalski, 73, of Streamwood, IL passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2023. Born June 8, 1949 in Chicago. Frank was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was very outgoing and could strike up a conversation with anyone. He enjoyed music, but above all else he enjoyed his family, especially his grandkids. Beloved husband of the late Diane; loving father of Jennifer (John) Kane and Ben Kowalski; cherished grandpa of Julia and Jaclyn; dear son of the late Adam and Dorothy Kowalski; fond brother of Susan (Curt) Palicki and Ed (Renee) and Danny Kowalski and kind uncle to many.
