Frank Gotthard 74, of Bloomingdale, IL, passed away on October 28th, 2022, after a short illness.
Frank was born on October 2nd, 1948, to Anna and Frank Gotthard in Chicago. After attending Lane Tech Highschool he went on to study psychology and therapy at Benedictine University.
After graduation, Frank landed his first job as a counselor for Serenity House kicking off a 30-year career in addictions and mental health, where he helped countless people over the years.
After retiring in 20015 Frank spent his time baking, watching movies, hosting dinner parties, travelling and being a great pet parent to Pete, J. Buffits and Buddy.
Frank is survived by longtime Partner Barbara Pachmayer, Stepdaughters Sonia Pachmayer and Diana Pachmayer, Sister Cindy Zimniewicz, Nephew Michael Zimniewicz, Nieces, Connie Oushanna, Vicki Zimniewicz, Patti Finner and many great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Anna & Frank Gotthard and Sister Barbara Kepp.
