Frank Cebulski

Frank W. Cebulski, 75, died August 9, 2015. Frank was the beloved husband of Joann (nee Matz) for almost 55 years; loving father of Frank (Lori) Cebulski, Jr. and Deb (Dan) Leake; proud grandfather of Brian (Jen), Christy (Jeff), Dan and James; cherished great grandfather of Emily and Jacob; dear brother of Gerald (Myrna). He will be missed by many loving nieces and nephews.

A retired piano mover Frank enjoyed a wide variety of outdoor activities. He was also a long time member of the Greater Chicago Classic Chevy Club.

Visitation Wednesday August 12, 1:00pm until the time service 6:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Road) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Following service cremation will take place privately at Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers donations to American Cancer Society www.cancer.org or American Kidney Fund www.kidneyfund.org would be appreciated.
