Visitation for Franco Antonio Santana of Streamwood, formerly of Rockford will be held Saturday, June 21, 2014 3:00p.m. until time of service 8:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Following services, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.

Born June 19, 1990 in Chicago, Franco died Monday June 16, 2014.
