Visitation Thursday, August 6, 4:00pm - 9:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 333 S. Roselle Road (1/2 mile South of Irving Park Road), Roselle. Funeral Friday at St. Isidore Church 427 W Army Trail Rd, Bloomingdale, Mass 10:45am. Following services cremation will be private at Countryside Crematory.

**Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, a max. of 50 people will be allowed in the funeral home at one time and masks are required.

Francisco Medina, has passed on to be an angel in heaven at the tender age of 5. He has left his mom, Yadira Aguilar and two sisters, Anahi 14 and Carolina 2. The family is devastated by his loss.

Francisco was born with a long list of medical complications and required around the clock nurse's care. He was not able to meet the normal milestones a child his age should be reaching because he was bed ridden. He was not verbal, but you knew your presence brought him joy. Reading books, listening to his favorite songs, and watching his favorite cartoons were what brought a twinkle in his eyes.

Yadira is a single mom who is left to cover her son's funeral expenses. Unfortunately, her youngest daughter, Carolina, suffers from the same condition that took her brother's life. She is also bedridden with required around the clock nurse's care. Please consider donating if you are able to do so. Francisco nació con una larga lista de complicaciones médicas y requirió atención de enfermería las 24 horas. No pudo alcanzar sus metas normales que un niño de su edad debería alcanzar porque estaba postrado en cama. No fue verbal, pero sabías que tu presencia le trajo alegría. Leer libros, escuchar sus canciones favoritas y ver sus caricaturas favoritas fue lo que le hizo brillar los ojos.

Yadira es una madre soltera que queda para cubrir los gastos funerarios de su hijo. Desafortunadamente, su hija menor, Carolina, sufre de la misma condición que le quitó la vida a su hermano.
