Florence Lesniak

Sr. Mary Florence Lesniak entered into eternal life on March 30, 2016 very peacefully at Assissi Health Care Center at Clare Oaks. She was a great and wonderful aunt of many nieces, nephews, students and friends. Daughter of the late John and Magdalen Lesniak; sister of the late Albert, Walter, Rev. Anthony, OFM., Rev. Joseph, Leo, Stanley, Benjamin, Mary Dywant, Julia Szczygiel and Estelle Jarecki. Sister taught in schools in Ill, Ind, Neb and Wisc, retired at Assissi Health Care, Bartlett.

Visitation Saturday, April 2nd, 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Chapel at Clare Oaks, 801 Carillon Dr., Bartlett. Burial St. Michael the Archangel.
