Faye Polan

Faye Polan, 90, of Bartlett, died Saturday, November 3, 2018. Born September 24, 1928 in Callaway, Minnesota. Faye enjoyed bowling and was the president and treasurer of her league ‘The Sunrisers’. She was also just as active in the Streamwood Moose Lodge where she served in many different capacities. She was good with numbers (thus being treasurer) enjoyed word puzzles, was an excellent cook. Her family was very proud of her when she received her GED at the age of 48 and then attended a few classes at college. She will be dearly missed by her family. Beloved wife of the late Huey; loving mom of Kathy (Jeff) and the late Keane (Bonnie), Keith; cherished grandma of Michael, Jason, Kristen, Donnie and Jesse; dear sister of Art, Greg and the late Walter and Francis; and dear companion and fiancé of Wilbur Zuehlke. Cremation is private at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett.
