Evelyn “Eve” L. Schultz (nee Spoczynski) 78, of Streamwood, IL passed away peacefully in her home on August 21, 2024. She was born in Chicago, IL to Louis and Gertrude Spoczynski. Evelyn graduated from Robert A. Waller High School in 1963. She was preceded in death by her parents and her son Brian.
Left behind to cherish her memory is her son Lee, daughter Cynthia and her son-in-law Alan; grandchildren Tyler and Vince; and her beloved significant other of 23 years Bill.
At Evelyn’s request there will be no public service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local animal shelter. For information, please contact Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 630-289-8054.
