Visitation for Evelyn A. Fowler 60, will be held Monday 11:00a.m. until time of service 1:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park in Elgin.
A resident of Streamwood since 1961, formerly of England, she was born July 25, 1948 in Germany and June 11, 2009 at St. Alexius Medial Center in Hoffman Estates.
Evelyn donated her time at a Women’s shelter in Elgin selling luches to raise money to help fund their needs. She enjoyed spending time at the library.
She is the cherished daughter of the late John and Erika Fowler nee Hellmund and survived by many relatives in England as well as the United States. She will be missed by her caregiver Helen Bebak, neighbors and friends. (630) 289-8054 or countrysidefuneralhomes.com.
