Evan Thomas Sosinski, of Streamwood, died June 27, 2013. Evan was the loving father of Donna (Jerry) Segura, Kevin (Debbie) Sosinski and Robert Sosinski. Proud grandfather of Scott, Anthony, and Sara Segura, Mitchell, Sandra, Evan, and Katie Sosinski. Proud great grandfather of Aaliyah Siegelman. Cherished brother of Shirley Petrovich.
Memorial visitation for Evan will be held Wednesday, July 3, 1:00p.m. – 5:00p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Road) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Cremation took place at Countryside Crematory.
