Ethel A. Garner (nee Hamon),88, died Tuesday, January 17, 2017. Born April 11, 1928 in Haysi, Virginia. Ethel enjoyed reading from the Bible. Her faith and her family were always her priority. Beloved wife of the late Paul; loving mom of Robert (Nancy), Steve (Anna), and the late Larry; cherished granny of Brian (Megan), Susan, Toby (Kim) Quinney and Jennifer; dear great granny of Leah, Matthew, Zachary, Ryan and Evan; caring daughter of the late Ezra and Cora (nee Holbrook) Hamon; kind sister of John (Bessie) Hamon and fond aunt of Barbara, Lorie, the late Mike and great aunt of Tyler; fond sister-in-law of Barbara. A 1:00p.m. service will be held Friday, January 20, 2017 at Fairview Memorial Park.
