Ester B. Peña, 77, of Bartlett since 1995, died Monday, November 28, 2022. Born September 19, 1945 in the Philippines. Ester loved watching movies with her husband, her faith and spending as much time as possible with her family. Beloved wife of 53 years to Ildefonso; loving mom of Joseph (Brenda) Peña, Gail (Christina) Peña, Larissa (Francis) Guiao and Veronica Peña; cherished grandma of Brittney, Andrew, Trinity, Catalina and Mireya; dear daughter of the late Victoriano and Catalina Braganza; kind sister of Rosario (Eduardo) Velasco and the late Eliseo Braganza, Crispin Braganza and Teresita Necesito; fond aunt to many nieces and nephews. Visitation 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a rosary to be said at 6:00 pm Friday, December 2, 2022 at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett. Funeral Saturday 10:30 am at the funeral home. Following services cremation will be private at Countryside Crematory.
