We are saddened to announce the passing of Elizabeth Constantine on June 12th of this year. She was the daughter of Cyril and Eleanor Constantine of Manchester, England. She had been a resident of the U.S.A. since 1962.
Liz was a longtime partner of Bill Powers whom she met when both were at DePaul Univ.
His family and her friends form Chicago will miss her. No services will be held.
