Elizabeth “Betty” M. Bachta (nee Kohler); formerly of Chicago, Flippin, AR and Alamo, TX; born in Germany Betty was the beloved wife of the late Edward T.; loving mother of Loretta E. (Thomas Janczak) Knaub, Robert P. (Elizabeth), Jonathan E. and the late Sgt. Major Thomas E.; cherished grandmother of 11 and proud great grandmother of 12; dear daughter of the late Hans and Bertha (nee Kuntzler) Kohler.
Visitation Friday, January 4th, 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Funeral Saturday, 11:15 a.m. to Church of the Holy Spirit. Mass 12:00 p.m. (noon). Following mass cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org would be appreciated.
